We are happy to offer you an exchange for sizing issues and product faults within 10 days from date of delivery. Goods must be in unused condition, in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns for sale items.
The Slow Days reserve the right to refuse a return if it is not in its original condition.
Please be aware that due to the handmade nature of some of our products, that there may be slight variation in colour and finish from product to product. This is particularly applicable to our swings, which truly are unique and “one of a kind”.
